Eh.. to place the swirly places you just cut the <img scr="URL"/> code and paste it somewhere else :1
And if you want it like.. in the center of the journal, you can use <div align="center"> ... </div>
I think there are more Div Aligns.. but I never got into looking them up ._.
There's probably some online tutorials on DA, or you can always check the FAQ :B

Eh.. let's see, those are some kind of marker images hidden in that huge CSS.
I think they're called Bullets, mine's <img src="http://img175.imageshack.us/img175/5249/custombulletai7.jpg" />

They're practically.. just images I put around the CSS ^^;
In the original Warped templates they're like little swirly thingies if I'm not mistaken,
I just replaced the image URL with the one of the music notes I made :3

xDD, btw if its not too much to ask, can you tell me how I create those dividers in my journal? I don't want big ones that go across the center, I noticed you had music notes or something, and I looked in the "emotion legend" and they weren't there.. I have an image of an axe myself which I'd like to use like you did with the music note, but I don't know how ><
